Mary Mamut Receives Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree

Mary Mamut of Milford, Michigan, received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) in Harrogate, Tennessee, on May 14, 2016.

Mamut received her undergraduate degree from the Michigan State University. Mamut will continue her medical training as an internal medicine resident at Genesys Regional Med-Health Park in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Prior to graduation she received the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA) Spirit of Excellence Award. The TOMA Spirit of Excellence Award is presented annually to a graduating student of the LMU-DCOM who has achieved distinction among his or her peers through academic superiority, leadership qualities, community service and a commitment to serve the citizens of Tennessee. The recipient is commended as an example of the spirit of excellence in service and leadership that embodies the essence of osteopathic medicine. She is the daughter of Anthony and Diane Mamut.
